An academic enthusiast, a keen learner and a dedicated person, Ms. Sonia Madan stands true to the meaning of a bright-minded professional. After completing her M.B.A from the Lebow College of Business, Drexel University, she pursued her legal studies from Panjab University. Winning as many as six Gold Medals, she was the University topper whilst pursuing Bachelor of Law. Ms. Madan specializes in handling commercial contractual arbitration matters related to infrastructure projects involving thousands of crores of claims and counter-claims. Ms. Madan has represented clients in both International and Domestic Arbitration matters. She is constantly representing clients in various regular matters pertaining to the Energy Sector ranging from execution of Power Purchase Agreement with Thermal, Hydro and other Renewable Energy generators, determination of tariff for power procurement, disputes between licencees and generators etc. An intellectual through and through, She was honored with a Beta Gamma Sigma Academic Excellence Award in her graduating class of M.B.A. During her time at Drexel University, she was also managing Drexel Women in Business Association which makes her an exceptional manager as well.
