A senior associate at Lex Commerci, Ms. Singh is responsible for drafting various petitions, applications, written statements, legal opinions, contracts, and agreements. Besides this, Lex Commerci relies on the expertise of Ms. Singh for handling statutory arbitrations.

Ms. Singh graduated from the Symbiosis Law School in the year 2017 as a passionate, steadfast, and academically driven young Lawyer. During her time at college, she was the Convenor of the Legal Aid Cell, which gave her an opportunity to work for the rights of the Transgender persons extensively while filing RTIs related to issues faced by them. After successfully graduating and obtaining her BBA LLB Degree, she worked as an Associate at Chiramel& Co. in New Delhi and gained comprehensive experience in the field of arbitration.

Right at the beginning of her career, she started appearing at the Delhi High Court, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), Delhi State Consumer Commission, Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) and Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT) to gain experience of the related substantive and procedural laws.

Well-experienced in drafting writ petitions, statements of claims, applications, etc. on the behalf of various government departments and public bodies, Ms. Singh has also worked as a solo practitioner at Punjab and Haryana High Court.

The multiple research papers that are written by Ms. Singh stand as a testimony of her profound interests in legal research and writing. A research paper by Ms. Singh titled, “Strict Penal Provisions - Means of Women Empowerment” has been published in the book - Women in the 21st Century: Working towards Empowerment, ISBN No.: 978-93-84298-19-7.
