Mr. Irshaan Singh Kakar is a graduate of the prestigious Army Institute of Law, Mohali having earned his integrated BA LLB Degree in 2012 and is enrolled since 2013. Since then, he has pursued general practice in Delhi, Haryana and Punjab with extensive experience across varied disciplines of law, including constitutional laws, civil litigation, commercial arbitration & dispute management, transaction advisory, contract drafting and management, regulatory approvals and compliances, criminal defense and victim representation. Mr. Kakar has wide experience in the infrastructure and real estate sector, and apart from the firm’s core practice, he is also involved in various PILs.
